The raw materials we use are carefully selected with the collaboration of the most qualified suppliers at European level. We dedicate many resources to the systematic control of production batches, in order to guarantee very high quality standards.
An internal chemical laboratory follows, step by step, all the phases of anodic oxidation and painting, according to the regulations established by the Qualanod and Qualicoat quality brands.
We carry out daily tests on products treated with anodic oxidation, verifying the oxide thicknesses, the effectiveness of the fixing and its stabilization according to strict international regulations. For painted parts we also carry out mechanical tests to check the paint when it is subjected to bending, drawing, engraving etc. The laboratory also has salt spray chambers where the corrosion resistance of oxidized and painted products is regularly checked.
