Our company, recognizing the importance of ensuring the quality of its products and services, has decided to establish a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015 to demonstrate to its customers the adoption of specific procedures, processes and practices in achieving quality objectives.
The leadership and commitment of the General Management towards the QMS demonstrate how it is perceived as a priority to continuously improve company performance and relationships with interested parties, in order to guarantee the satisfaction of customer needs and expectations.
The Quality Policy is an integral part of Fapim ‘s general strategy and is based on the following pillars:
- The creation of products according to the needs and requests of the customer, improving their characteristics and reducing delivery and response terms to the customer.
- Carrying out business activities with the aim of ensuring compliance with the principles of transparency and fairness, as well as compliance with applicable laws, using all necessary resources to ensure a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency and reliability.
- The pursuit of continuous quality improvement through innovative tools, systems and equipment.
- The selection of suppliers that have an impact on the quality of products and services provided;
- Sharing with external and internal stakeholders of the organization, through constant and transparent communication, a strong sense of belonging, values and corporate culture;
- Involving internal staff in company projects, promoting training plans appropriate to the required skills, increasing their level of autonomy and responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes;
- Strengthening relationships with local institutions, maintaining commitment to social activities and developing new environmental policies for the protection of the territory.
