Le cerniere per porta Florence, Loira+, Monaco, Monza, Velox Top, Venice, Venice Baby, sono certificate CE. Sulle porte delle vie di fuga devono essere installate cerniere che rechino la marcatura CE: la presenza di questo marchio attesta che la cerniera ha superato i test previsti dalla norma armonizzata EN 1935:2002 + AC:2003 e che l\u2019azienda costruttrice produce secondo piani di fabbricazione rigidamente e sistematicamente controllati. Le prove che devono superare le cerniere per ottenere la marcatura CE sono molteplici e gravose, sia di tipo statico che di durabilit\u00e0, deformazione sotto carico, sovraccarico e resistenza alla corrosione.<\/p><\/div>

Abbiamo certificato tutte le famiglie di cerniera per porta in Russia, presso il \u201cCentre on certification of window and door engineering of Moscow\u201d; anche le cerniere progettate e prodotte negli anni successivi sono state certificate dallo stesso istituto. Le prove, condotte secondo la normativa vigente nel paese, prevedono test statici e di durabilit\u00e0, oltre che test di resistenza alla corrosione in camera a nebbia salina. Oltre alle prove sostenute presso i propri laboratori moscoviti, l\u2019ente effettua idonei audit presso lo stabilimento Fapim per valutarne i piani di fabbricazione e controllo e l\u2019adeguatezza ai propri requisiti.<\/p><\/div>

L\u2019azienda ha verificato e certificato le prestazioni anti-effrazione delle cerniere per porta Loira+ presso l\u2019istituto olandese SKG, con secondo le linee guida BRL 3104 e la norma NEN 5089, entrambe olandesi, ottenendo le seguenti classificazioni:
\n\u2013 due stelle, corrispondente alla classe RC2 secondo la norma EN 1627 (configurazione porta con due cerniere, a due o tre ali),
\n\u2013 tre stelle, corrispondente alla classe RC3 secondo la norma EN 1627 (configurazione porta con tre cerniere, a due o tre ali).
\nA differenza degli altri paesi europei, in Olanda l\u2019impiego di serramenti anti-effrazione \u00e8 d\u2019obbligo per legge da alcuni anni. In virt\u00f9 della sua vasta esperienza nel campo delle prove anti-effrazione su serramenti ed accessori, l\u2019istituto \u00e8 un membro attivo della Commissione europea per lo sviluppo tecnico delle norme e metodi di prova in questo ramo molto specialistico.<\/p><\/div>
