possible exercise, in civil or criminal proceedings, of the right of defense of the data controller or third parties on the basis of images useful in the event of unlawful acts;<br \/>\no The cameras are positioned outside the company buildings and indicated by suitable signage;<br \/>\no Such data will be consulted by the Data Controller in the event of investigations following a crime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Internet network for visitors:<\/strong><br \/>\no The Internet network has been divided to allow company guests to surf online, without interfering with the activities carried out by other workers. This network is protected and can be accessed with your own device after entering a password, provided by company staff;<br \/>\no The processing of personal data, relating to network access or navigation logs (e.g.: sites visited via IP address), will be carried out only in the event of anomalies in connectivity and any danger to the company&#8217;s IT security, and will be communicated to the interested party.<\/p>\n<p>The processing of functional data for the fulfillment of these obligations is necessary for the correct management of the relationship and their provision is mandatory to implement the purposes indicated above. The Data Controller also informs that any failure to communicate, or incorrect communication, of one of the mandatory information, may cause the Data Controller to be unable to guarantee the appropriateness of the processing itself.<\/p>\n<p>For the purposes of the indicated processing, the Data Controller may become aware of data defined as special, or sensitive or judicial in accordance with privacy legislation, when necessary for the purposes specified above, and in particular:<br \/>\n\u2022 Photographs or recordings, which could reveal the behavior and habits of the interested party;<br \/>\n\u2022 Health data, relating to the correct management of the pandemic.<br \/>\nYour personal data may also, with your consent, be used for the following purposes:<br \/>\n\u2022 Sharing on the company website, social page of personal data, photos and\/or videos. The Data Controller assumes responsibility for verifying the compliance of the aforementioned subjects with national and European legislation on the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dissemination:<\/strong> the data, without prejudice to the absolute prohibition on disseminating data suitable for revealing the state of health, following the collection of explicit consent, may be disseminated to:<br \/>\n\u2022 Publication on the internet or advertising material (personal data and any photograph\/video).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conservation:<\/strong> the registers relating to school groups or other users visiting the museum will be compiled by the teacher\/manager and delivered to the staff present at the time of entry; the attendance registers are kept daily at the concierge and reception, for 12 months in the company archives. The conservation of the video surveillance recording is limited to a few hours or, at most, to the forty-eight hours following the detection, except for special needs for further conservation in relation to holidays or closure of offices or businesses, as well as in the case in which it is necessary to comply with a specific investigative request from the judicial authority or judicial police. The access logs of the devices connected to the company networks are deleted every 6 months. The COVID-19 risk management forms are stored in a dedicated office for 14 days, as required by law.<br \/>\nYour special data (formerly sensitive) that are processed are only those strictly relevant to the obligations, tasks or purposes described above and will be processed in compliance with the indications contained in the relevant General Authorizations of the Guarantor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rights of the interested party<\/strong><br \/>\nYou have the right to obtain from the owner the <strong>cancellation, communication, updating, rectification, integration of personal data concerning you,<\/strong> as well as in general you can exercise all the rights provided for in Chapter III of the GDPR, Articles 15 to 22, including the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.<br \/>\n1. Tale rete \u00e8 protetta e vi si pu\u00f2 accedere con il proprio dispositivo a seguito di inserimento di password, consegnata dal personale aziendale;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Il trattamento dei dati personali, relativi ai log di accesso alla rete o di navigazione (<em>es<\/em>: siti visitati tramite indirizzo IP), sar\u00e0 effettuato solo in caso di verifica anomalie sulla connettivit\u00e0 ed eventuale pericolo per la sicurezza informatica aziendale, e verr\u00e0 comunicato all\u2019interessato.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nIl trattamento dei dati funzionali per l'espletamento di tali obblighi \u00e8 necessario per una corretta gestione del rapporto e il loro conferimento \u00e8 obbligatorio per attuare le finalit\u00e0 sopra indicate. Il Titolare del trattamento si assume la responsabilit\u00e0 di verificare la conformit\u00e0 di suddetti soggetti alla normativa nazionale ed europea in materia di trattamento dei dati personali.\r\n\r\n<strong><em>Diffusione<\/em><\/strong>: i dati, fermo restando il divieto assoluto di diffondere i dati idonei a rivelare lo stato di salute, a seguito di raccolta di esplicito consenso, potranno essere diffusi presso:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Pubblicazione su internet o materiale pubblicitario (dati anagrafici ed eventuale fotografia\/video).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong><em>Conservazione<\/em><\/strong>: i registri relativi alle scolaresche o ad altri utenti in visita al museo saranno compilati a cura del docente\/responsabile e consegnati al personale presente al momento dell\u2019ingresso; la conservazione dei registri delle presenze \u00e8 giornaliera presso la portineria e la reception, per 12 mesi negli archivi dell\u2019azienda. La conservazione della registrazione della videosorveglianza \u00e8 limitata a poche ore o, al massimo, alle quarantotto ore successive alla rilevazione, fatte salve speciali esigenze di ulteriore conservazione in relazione a festivit\u00e0 o chiusura di uffici o esercizi, nonch\u00e9 nel caso in cui si deve aderire ad una specifica richiesta investigativa dell\u2019autorit\u00e0 giudiziaria o di polizia giudiziaria. I log di accesso dei dispositivi connessi alle reti aziendali vengono eliminati ogni 6 mesi. La modulistica per gestione del rischio da COVID-19 viene conservata in ufficio dedicato per 14 giorni, come previsto dalla legge.\r\n\r\nI Suoi dati particolari (ex sensibili), oggetto di trattamento
