Monaco is Fapim’s new cylindrical hinge designed for high-capacity doors (tested for a 180 kg load capacity). It’s CE certified in compliance with the EN 1935:2002 standard. Monaco is the ideal solution for modern design requirements because of the bodies’ compact size and the possibility for alignment even after horizontal adjustment. Monaco is made with top-quality materials, as per Fapim’s highest standards. A special polyamide insert on the hinge bodies maintains thermal bridge break where needed, thereby improving isolation. The adjustment plate is pre-assembled on the female part to ensure precise installation. The processes required are extremely simple: just a few holes and no slots. Monaco is fitted with a three-dimensional micrometric adjustment system. Its vertical adjustment is truly innovative because it’s done with the door closed. As a result, you don’t need to disassemble any component or lift any wing. It’s also highly effective on heavy wings.
