At the Dutch institute we performed a test according to the Dutch standards BRL 3104 and NEN 5089, obtaining the SKG 2 star classification – SKG** -, corresponding to the RC2 classification according to the European standards EN 1627, EN 1628, EN 1629, EN 1630. Unlike other European countries, the use of antitheft windows has been required by law in the Netherlands for several years. By virtue of its vast experience in the field of antitheft testing on windows and doors and accessories, the institute is an active member of the European Commission for the technical development of standards and test methods in this highly specialized branch.

At the German institute IFT, we tested and certified the rollers and other components of LUCE lift-and-slide system according to IFT QM 346 regulation “Hardware Certification Program According to EN 13126-16”. The a.m. regulation specifies the testing methods for lift-and-slide systems and production control at the manufacturer’s factory, which is subject to a specific audit by IFT. This certification attests to the quality and warranty of FAPIM product.
