RAL GZ 607/3

Galiplus 2, GaliCube 110, GaliCube 150, MagiCube 130, MagiCube 180 mechanisms have obtained RAL certification with a load capacity of 130, 110, 150, 180 and 130 kg respectively, according to the RAL-GZ 607/3:2017 regulation and the EN 13126-8:2017 standard. The tests carried out to obtain the certification include static and durability tests. In particular, durability tests are carried out with both tilt and turn cycles (10,000 tilt cycles) and with turn opening (10,000 cycles). Other tests required are overload tests near the cremone bolt with the door open at 90°, contrast tests and prevention of closing; a corrosion resistance test is also carried out. The German RAL Institute is part of the German national system for the granting of quality marks that extends far into German industry; it issues its mark for products of all kinds, as proof of compliance with high quality requirements. Under the observation and approval of the RAL Institute, the industry itself establishes the quality requirements of the mark, through the Quality Associations that have specific expertise for the type of product in question, as well as defining the criteria to be respected at the production level, both within the scope of the manufacturer’s internal quality system and within the scope of an external surveillance program through inspection visits to the manufacturing company. The compliance of a tilt and turn device with the RAL-GZ 607/3 regulation also allows the interchangeability of accessories in the window and doors frames, as specified in the EN 14351-1 standard for the CE marking of window and doors frames.

ITB

At the Polish institute ITB we have certified the Galiplus 2, GaliCube 110, GaliCube 150, MagiCube 130, MagiCube 180 mechanisms with load capacities of 130, 110, 150, 180 and 130 kg respectively, according to the EN 13126-8:2017 standard. The tests include static, durability and corrosion resistance tests, while maintaining the certification also includes periodic audits in the company.

CENTRE OF CERTIFICATION OF MOSCOW

Our tilt and turn systems Galiplus 2, Galicube 110, Galicube 150, Magicube 130 and Magicube 180 are also certified in Russia, at the “Centre on certification of window and door engineering of Moscow ”, with capacities of 130, 110, 150, 130 and 180 kg respectively. The tests, conducted according to the regulations in force in the country, include static and durability tests, as well as corrosion resistance tests in a salt spray chamber. Some tests are similar to those required for the RAL mark. In addition to the tests carried out at its Moscow laboratories, this center of certification carries out periodic audits at the Fapim plants to assess the conformity of the production processes to its requirements.

SKG ANTI-THEFT

Galiplus 2, Galicube 110, Galicube 150, Magicube 130 and Magicube 180 mechanisms with their anti-burglary system have obtained the SKG certification with two stars according to the BRL 3104 guidelines and the NEN 5089 standard, both Dutch. The two stars obtained correspond to the RC2 class according to the EN 1627 standard. Unlike other European countries, in the Netherlands the use of burglar-proof windows and doors has been mandatory by law for several years. By virtue of its vast experience in the field of burglar-proof testing of windows and doors accessories, the institute is an active member of the European Commission for the technical development of standards and test methods in this highly specialized branch.
